01 Safe appliance access
02 Diagnosis & repair process
03 Replacement parts availability
04 Technician safety
05 Privacy & communication

Please read these terms before requesting service. By arranging an appointment, you acknowledge the service conditions applicable to the repair visit.

01 / Service conditions

What needs to be in place for a service visit.

01
Appliance access
The appliance must be safely and reasonably accessible so that diagnosis and repair work can be performed without unnecessary risk to the technician or property.
02
Safe environment
The service area must provide safe and sanitary working conditions. A visit may be declined or discontinued where the environment cannot reasonably be entered or worked in safely.
03
Diagnosis
Diagnosis is based on the appliance condition and symptoms available at the time of the visit. Some problems may require additional testing or more than one service visit.
04
Repair completion
Repair timing can depend on the nature of the fault, appliance condition and the availability of any required parts.
02 / Technician safety

A safe visit starts with safe access.

Service may not be performed where the technician cannot safely enter the property, reach the appliance or work around it. The area should be reasonably clean, accessible and free from conditions that create unnecessary risk.

01

Appliance access

The appliance should be reachable without unsafe or unusually restricted access.

02

Animals

Animals should not create an unsafe condition or prevent the technician from entering or working.

03

Sanitary conditions

Unsanitary conditions, insects or other hazards may prevent service from being completed.

04

Working space

Enough space should be available to inspect and service the appliance safely.

03 / Parts & limitations

Some repairs depend on more than the first visit.

Appliance repair may depend on the availability of suitable replacement parts, the condition of the appliance and whether the equipment can reasonably be repaired.

Parts availability

Required parts may not always be immediately available. Limited availability can result in additional repair time or the need for a follow-up appointment.

Non-repairable equipment

In some cases an appliance or required component may no longer be reasonably repairable or obtainable. Appliance replacement is not automatically included as part of repair service.

Manufacturer coverage

Manufacturer recalls, manufacturer warranties and other manufacturer or distributor programs remain separate from the repair service provided through this website.

External delays

Repair timelines may be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including parts supply or other external events.

04 / Standard terms

Information, notices and circumstances beyond control.

Personal information

Privacy

Personal information provided when contacting or arranging service is handled in accordance with the website Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
